One of the first sentences in this video is incorrect:

‘All the foods that are eaten; carbohydrates, proteins and fats; are converted to glucose, commonly known as blood sugar’

Carbohydrates are digested/converted to become blood glucose. Proteins are broken down into amino acids and fats(/lipids) to fatty acids and glycerol. Although lipids etc. can be respired they are never ‘blood sugars.’

If this video is for education I think you should alter it. Thank you

I hear you. I was diagnosed only two weeks ago. Was very pissed off, seeing how I didn’t eat garbage foods. I drank myself to diabetes. It is alright now though. I take glipizide and metformin morning and night.
